These three blends look simple, but the joy of a synergy is just that: The oils work in tandem to provide therapeutic value. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The recipes offer an average of 4% essential oils. For less strength, simply add fewer drops.
Each of these synergies can be applied as body mists by adding the oils to distilled water in a two-ounce glass spray bottle. Mist liberally, avoiding face and privates.
For massage or bath blends, add essential oils to a two-ounce glass bottle with 2 ounces of Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, or your favorite carrier oil; swirl to blend.
Be sure to add your synergy AFTER bath water has been drawn, or add a capful with one cup of Epson or Magnesium salts to warm bath water for an aromatic soak. Better yet, apply to skin and then step into the bath. Avoid the spice oils in bathwater as they can cause skin sensitivity.
