The amount of essential oils in these recipes is simply a suggestion based upon their scent profile(s). Prefer one oil over the others? Then experiment!
Add a few more drops of your favorite oil to the blend.
For the massage blends, combine essential oils with 1 oz. carrier oil such as Argan Oil in a glass bottle. Gently roll the bottle between your palms to warm and blend. For best results, massage into affected areas such as stomach, hips, and thighs for 20–30 minutes. Do not bathe or wash off oils for an hour or two after application.
